This course is for aspiring professionals who want to study for a Degree while continuing to work in the Hospitality industry. During the course you will actively experience working practices in Hospitality and Business Management and develop key skills in team-work, communication, information technology, application of number and improving your own learning and performance. This course will equip you with the skills to work for any part of the industry such as integrated resorts, conference centres, international hotel chains and restaurant chains, and across specialist areas such as marketing, sales, logistics, customer services, HR and conference planning. Managerial roles in hospitality are challenging and rewarding. Hospitality managers need to make sure that their businesses are sustainable, profitable and provide a high quality experience for their customers and staff. Recent graduates from this course have gone onto roles such as Trainee Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant HR Manager, Meetings Venue Coordinator and Events Coordinator. Many also start their own businesses in the sector.
