Here you will also look at the legal profession which includes solicitors, barristers, and judges -The Concept of Liability: An introduction to criminal liability, court procedure and sentencing, as well as looking at liability in negligence, the courts procedure and damages A2 Law (AQA) 1 year - Year 2 Level 3 What will I study? The major area of law covered at A2 is Criminal Law and Concepts of Law, including: - Offences against the person: Murder, non-fatal offences against the person, defences, and an evaluation on criminal law - Offences against property: This includes theft and robbery, burglary, fraud, criminal damage, making off without payment, and defences - Concepts of law: This is where you will evaluate the law and consider law and justice, law and morality, and judicial president
