Behaviour Management in the Classroom: An Introduction for Teaching Assistants

This course will be of benefit to Teaching Assistants working within a school who want to develop their skills in behaviour management and become more confident in their classroom practice. This course is not suitable for those who are not supporting children in school. You will learn how children's behaviour can be managed through positive approaches, the principles of using rewards and sanctions as tools for behaviour management and some of the causes of inappropriate behaviour in school.
