Studying of Food Preparation and Cooking will increase your practical skills and enable you to acquire more knowledge, techniques and training in the Hospitality and Catering Industry. You will also be working in Chapters Restaurant, the College’s training restaurant, which will provide you will with the relevant skills and experience to enable you to produce the evidence required for your portfolio.
