Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is widely recognised and highly respected as an evidence based practice, which can be incorporated into most existing counselling practices. CBT is a dynamic and exciting theory, you will learn about the CBT Framework and apply CBT theory to client work. You will experience the benefits of it personally and see how clients use it to grow and change.
