Malaysian cuisine is complex and diverse, reflecting the multi-ethnic nature of its population. It combines elements of Malay, Chinese, Indonesian, Indian and Bornean traditions, as well incorporating colonial influences, from Portuguese, Dutch and British cookery.Your tutor will guide you through the authentic flavours, ingredients and techniques of Malaysian cooking, so that you can prepare a range of exciting dishes to take home, and replicate in your own kitchen.
