Designed for those who have trouble with floorwork, but still want to stay fit and active, this course will help maintain and improve your fitness and mobility.The aim of this course is to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and co-ordination. You will work in a friendly environment to your own capacity, to:- improve the cardio vascular system - improve posture and core control- tone major muscle groups- develop/maintain flexibility- develop balance and coordinationYou will become familiar with different stretching and exercise techniques.You will work from standing and seated positions.Our courses build on past learning, week by week, to develop new abilities. You will find your own progress much easier if you attend every lesson.
