Is your pasta machine languishing in the cupboard, unused? Are you tired of the same old pasta fillings and pre-prepared sauces? Then this is the course for you! During the workshop you will be producing fresh pasta like gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle, and of course, delicious sauces to go with them.
