This Level 2 course will give learners the opportunity of developing their Internet and Email skills. As well as covering more topics on Microsoft Office. Online Topics covered will include:1) Manage bookmarks/favourites2) Recognise other Internet-based communication tools3) Manage email settings4) Organise and search for email5) Use an address book of contacts6) Create and manage calendar appointments.The following topics using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be covered:1) Work with files and save them in different formats2) Choose built in options to enhance productivity3) Apply different formats to file content to enhance them before distribution4) Insert tables, images and drawn objectives5) Adjust page settings and check and correct spelling before finally printing6) Prepare documents for mail merge options7) Enter data into cells and use good practise in creating lists8) Select, sort, copy, move and delete data9) Create mathematical and logical formulas using standard spreadsheet functions10) Format numbers and text content11) Choose, create and format charts to communicate information meaningfully12) Understand different presentation views and when to use them13) Choose different slide layouts and designs and edit slides14) Enter, edit and format text in presentations15) Apply animation and transition effects to presentation
