This Pay As You Go Zumba course in Broadstairs has been designed for the active, older adult, but is open to anyone who would like to improve their fitness and health and enjoys group exercise classes. , , PLEASE NOTE DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST THE START TIME WILL BE 10AM AND THEN IN SEPTEMBER CHANGE TO 11:15, , Zumba Gold® takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Students will learn how to improve mobility, suppleness, stamina and how to tone up their body. This Latin inspired dance fitness class is taught by a licenced Zumba Gold® Instructor. You will learn a series of routines to a wide range of music including Cumbia, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha and Belly Dancing Students will also be told the health benefits of attending a regular fitness class and the teaching will reflect the different fitness levels of individuals., , You will learn dance-based exercise routines to a wide range of music. Lessons include a warm up and a combination of low impact aerobic work with muscle toning exercises and stretches to improve flexibility, stamina, co-ordination and posture. , , You will need to be able to follow verbal instructions, observe and copy physical movements and use spatial awareness within a group.
