Mindfulness practice and Self Compassion begin with learning the techniques and skills that enable us to live in the moment without the burden of the past and anxiety about the future. The skills of compassion that nurture ourselves with the same kindness and caring that we would show to good friends or even to a stranger. , The methods of meditation are simple and enjoyable, leading to a lifestyle that is more fulfilled. This course offers all of the teachings of a mindfulness course and places emphasis on self -compassion, for oneself to support positive feelings for self and others., , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking.
