Cake Decorating - Decorative Techniques

Come and learn various techniques to decorate your celebration cakes such as Bas Relief, Brush Embroidery, how to use Patchwork Cutters etc, making a Fondant Bow Cake Topper and unwired flowers., , By the end of the course the student will be able to:, • Make a Bas Relief plaque from a chosen design, • Use royal icing to create a brush embroidery design, • Make a cake topper in the form of a bow using fondant, This course is suitable for all students with or without who would like to learn how to carry out these techniques.

Entry requirements
