This course will help to develop your skills and confidence in drawing in pencil and/or charcoal. The course will cover fundamental principles in drawing and you will be introduced to the work of a variety of artists., , By the end of this course you should be able to:, - plan a composition and consider spatial relationships, - draw more accurately from observation, - draw using tone to establish structure and create solidity of form, - draw using line and gesture, - start to develop a personal approach to drawing., , There is no set 'homework', but you are welcome to practise and do further work at home., There is no qualification for this course., , This course is suitable for beginners and improvers.
