Indian Head Massage - Introduction

In this introductory massage course you will learn traditional techniques for working on the head, neck and shoulders to help relieve stress and tension. No prior knowledge or experience is needed. Students will work in pairs to give and receive head, neck and shoulder massages. , , By the end of the course students will be able to perform a simple shoulder and head massage, with guidance where necessary, for use in the home on family and friends. This is a hands-on course including benefits and contraindications of treatment and step-by-step instructions on how to give a treatment., , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking. Anyone interested in complementary therapies. Anyone interested in learning these massage skills to use on family and friends. Students and therapists with some experience of other therapies who wish to learn new technique. , , Indian Head Massage is not suitable for women in the first three months of pregnancy.
