If you don't know your secondary colours from your primaries or you are not sure about the difference in a Fauve and the Impressionists then this is the course for you. The short Art course will include a very practical hands on approach to learning about colour mixing and the colour wheel plus introduce you to how colour has been used in art. The tutor will introduce you to how complimentary colours have been used by artists and what colour can mean within paintings. By the end of the course will know how to mix colour and have a better understanding of how colour has been used in certain movements in Art. Any student considering Art Collage whether through a school or privately who have some work for their portfolio but need support to strengthen their application.
