Through a jog/walk programme starting at the Tunbridge Wells Adult Education Centre each session, this 6-week course will gradually build up your fitness levels and find the runner in you. , , Each session will start with a gentle warm-up followed by a jogging session where students will initially only jog in 30 second bursts between walking. The session will end with some stretching., , Students will be provided with a running programme to follow during the week between classes if they would like one. , This course would suit the complete beginner with very little or no experience in jogging. It is ideal for those who work best with the support of a running group and trainer.
