Mindful movement is the development of the ability to pay deliberate attention to our experience from moment to moment, to what is going on in our mind and body from day to day., , On this course in Ashford you will learn how to develop and apply these skills to your life. By the end of ther course you will be able to: Prepare the body and breath for meditation; Meditate; Consider the benefits of mindfulnes., , Each workshop will expand upon what was previously learnt and you will work through different topics each month. This course is for people of all ages and abilities with some past or current experience and an interest in meditation. No previous meditation experience is required. This course may appeal to students who experience stress.
