This short course is an introduction to the craft of weaving, where you will learn the most basic principles of weaving. The weaving tutor will guide you to try out different weaves in paper and then to create a small 10cm x 10cm fabric sample to take home with you. You then have the option to sign up to our beginners weaving course if you wish to develop these skills further., Beginners and those with more experience. This is a course for students interested in yarns, colour and design., It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity. If you need to bring a carer with you, or another adult please speak to the Programme Manager.
