Cake Decorating - Beginners

This course will cover all the basic skills and techniques you need to successfully cover and decorate cakes in fun and exciting ways. You will learn to carve cakes and model from a variety of sugar and chocolate pastes., , At the end of the course you should be able to:, - colour sugar paste evenly, - ice both a round cake and a square cake, - make a model teddy bear/animal figure, This course is suitable for anyone who has attended the beginners class or has previous experience in sugarcraft including basic cake carving and modelling with sugar and chocolate paste.
