Cake Decorating - Christmas Cupcakes

A fun one day course to decorate novelty Christmas cupcakes using fondant icing. Wonderful and effective creative ideas for you to apply and develop. This course is suitable for anyone interested in cake decorating from complete beginners to those with a little prior experience.

Entry requirements

You will need:, -A pen and notebook, -An apron, We will be creating 6 domed cupcakes with a Christmas character theme., Materials Required, , 6 x Muffin sized cupcakes & box to take home in , 12 tablespoons of buttercream ( firm consistency), 400g Sugarpaste ready coloured - including 200g white, 50g red 100g brown 50g black , , Equipment, , Small non stick rolling pin , Set of large Round cutters, Paintbrush and pot to put water in, Dresden tool, Ball tool, Cutting wheel or small knife, Palette knife, Cornflour , Cocktail sticks, , , We are all busy at this time of year so if you would rather not have to worry about making your own cakes and icing we are offering a package at £8 which will supply you with the cakes, buttercream, sugar paste and a box to take them home in.
