Digital Photography - Advanced Projects

The course aims to provide a creative forum for students who already have some experience in using a digital camera and wish to develop their knowledge and skills further. the emphasis will be on students working on self-identified and tutor-led projects with expert guidance. The edition of PhotoShop software used on this course may vary from your own. We do, however, aim to teach transferable skills that can be applied to a variety of applications., The course uses Adobe Photoshop Elements, an affordable programme which is initially available as a free download. Your tutor will advise you on which package is best suited to your requirements. Students who have already attended an introductory and advanced course or who have experience of using a digital camera and related software. Students will need to: understand the potential benefit from the programme of study. Read and interpret tasks. Communicate responses that are clear, logical and understandable. Manage their own time. Undertake critical reflection and evaluation. Be motivated to develop creative skills and enhance/develop personal skills.
