The theme of this discussion group in Ashford will be 'Exploring and Appreciating Literature'. A reading list has been drawn up by the tutor and this will be sent out to students when they enrol. A selection of novels and poetry will be studied. , By the end of the course you will be able to: Build on existing analytical skills and develop discussion; Acknowledge historical, social, and artistic influences. The course is for anyone who enjoys literature. There are no entry requirements but an expectation that all students will read widely, form opinions and participate in discussions and debates.
