Watercolour - Beginners

This course provides an introduction to exploring the visual world through drawing and the use of watercolour. Basic techniques will be taught by demonstration and handouts. The course serves as an ideal introduction to the many longer courses available. Beginners or those with a little experience.

Entry requirements

If you are a new student and have no materials please wait for your tutor's advice on what to buy. However, all students should bring an A4 sketchbook of good quality cartridge paper, preferably with a hard cover and ring bound and a variety of pencils.You will need to provide your own materials and these will vary in cost according to the course requirements. Some of our centres have their own 'shops' where you are able to buy things at competitive prices.If you have any materials/equipment that might be appropriate please bring them with you.
