This is a course in watercolour will explore the skills and techniques of watercolour, focussing on the fascinating subject matter of wildlife., , Students will be able to:, , 1.Control and utilise a wide range of watercolour pencils to show understanding of mark making, linear/ mark making within a composition, 2. Successfully show competent application of art related mediums and there usage, e.g., masking fluid., 3. Use and control paints with a range of brushes and tools, via mixing and application. Using successful watercolour mixing methods, 4.Successfully employ the work of other as an inspirational means( viewing and working from contemporary and past influences), 5. A. Introduction to health and safety via hand-outs and safe working practises'. Discussion in relation to controlled use of equipment in studio environment, plus additional hazards. Placement of bags, drinks etc, Beginners and those with experience would equally benefit.

If you are a new student and have no materials please wait for your tutor's advice on what to buy., You will need to provide your own materials and these will vary in cost according to the course requirements.
