Boxing teaches discipline and self-confidence, focusing on developing movement, balance, co-ordination and endurance. Our Centre of Sporting Excellence Boxing Academy is run in partnership with the Lions Amateur Boxing Club in Brierley Hill. This means that you can take full advantage of the expertise provided by an Olympic Boxing Coach while you have a go at getting a recognised qualification under your belt.
