If you enjoy playing or watching sport, and you?re looking to improve your performance, or want to make a career in sport, then this course is for you. This course will introduce you to a side of the sports industry you may not have experienced before giving you an insight into the little things that make a big performance such as nutrition, psychology, fitness testing, injuries and sponsorship and promotion. You will study topics like fitness testing, practical sports performance and anatomy.
