You will learn about the core aspects of the Airline industry. On completion of the course you will have a comprehensive understanding of the key elements and components within the Airports and Airlines sector. Topics that you will study include: Working as Cabin Crew; Airline Health, Safety and Security; Aircraft Emergency situations; Dealing with Passengers on Board an Aircraft; Cabin Service-selling Techniques; Making Passenger announcements on board an aircraft; and Employment rights and responsibilities in the passenger transport sector.
