This course is ideal for anyone who wishes to find employment as Airline Cabin Crew or anyone wishing to enhance their studies in Travel and Tourism. You will spend the majority of your time in the classroom completing practical projects such as discussions, presentations, Cabin Crew demonstrations and role plays. You will learn about the core aspects of the Airline industry. On completion of the course you will have a comprehensive understanding of the key elements and components within the Airports and Airlines sector. Topics that you will study include: Working as Cabin Crew; Airline Health, Safety and Security; Aircraft Emergency situations; Dealing with Passengers on Board an Aircraft; Cabin Service-selling Techniques; Making Passenger announcements on board an aircraft; and Employment rights and responsibilities in the passenger transport sector.
