Want to learn how to use your compact camera to take more creative photos? Wondered what all those buttons and menus did? This course helps you understand what your camera can do. Also take photos and download them to a computer and have a try at photo-editing. What experience or skills do I need to join this course?No qualifications are needed but you need to have basic computer and keyboard skills. What is the course about?The aim of the course is for you to have more understanding of your compact camera and to help you take more creative photographs. We also look at basic photo editing such as changing the brightness and contrast of an image and cropping. Handouts and exercises will be supplied by the tutor to support your learning. For the first session you will need: Pen and notebook/paper and your compact camera.
