This course is for learners who work in, or who want to work in a supporting role in office administration. It is suitable for learners who have little or no previous experience of the sector, including those returning to work. The course covers beginners ICT and Employability skills too and is a very practical course.

Assessment is through coursework by way of assignments that build up to the certificate; IT skills will be developed in all the assignment work. To support the development of the skills needed by today's employers, you will also study basic English.
