You will study specialist units focused on enhancing your dramatic skills whilst you build an understanding of performance and production within the arts. The course is both practical and theory based and promotes the development of your movement skills. You will finish the course with a live studio performance. Throughout the course you will cover the following topics: - Working in the Performing Arts Industry - Development of Acting Skills - Performance Project If you have not yet achieved a grade C (or above) in GCSE English and maths, you will be required to attend GCSE resit sessions (if you achieved grade D) or functional skills sessions (if you achieved grade E or below).
