You will be required to start up and run a fully functioning business in order to develop your entrepreneurial skills. You will focus on your own self development through the start-up process and will expand your understanding of enterprise via interactions with entrepreneurs and successful business people. Throughout the course you will explore the following topics: - Launching your Business Vision - Operating your Business - Business Planning and Pitching - Monitoring the Performance of your Business - Planning the Future Strategy of your Business - Financial Planning and Implementation - The Innovative Entrepreneur - Leadership and Teamwork You will also have the opportunity to work on market research, e-marketing and brand development. If you have not yet achieved a grade C (or above) in GCSE English and maths, you will be required to attend GCSE resit sessions (if you achieved grade D) or functional skills sessions (if you achieved grade E or below).
