"The Post - A - Level Photography course is designed to give you an exciting and engaging year of photographic study, allowing you to produce a sophisticated portfolio that can be used to progress on to university or employment. With an emphasis on problem - solving and critical thinking,you will be challenged to be inventive,exploring problems from new angles and developing your own creative solutions. The course balances taught sessions with independent learning and development and is taught through a series of assignments addressing a wide range of photographic practices. Lessons are a mix of engaging lectures,practical workshops and individual practice combined with regular critiques and feedback. The course allows for specialist pathways in the spring and summer term,and culminates in a sophisticated exhibition of self - generated work."
