It provides learners with the opportunity to study both the theory and practical aspects of some of the following: Inspecting, repairing and replacing high performance light vehicle tyres, Carrying out routine light vehicle inspection and servicing, Inspecting, testing batteries and charging systems, and Assessing and replacing braking system components (including ABS). Functional Skills are a compulsory element of the course.
