A heavy vehicle's purpose is to travel long distances so maintaining them is vital for businesses as they need their fleets to be on the road. Your role as a technician will be to look after the mechanical and electronic systems within the vehicle. As an apprentice, you will learn about servicing, inspections, fault finding, diagnostic work and the removal, repair and replacement of components. You will carry out your work using the latest equipment and technology to solve any issues.
