Introduction to Counselling PCDL

Anyone who has an interest in counselling and would like to know more. You will begin to learn; what counselling is/is not, listening skills, non-verbal communication, responding skills, self-awareness, Rogers (core conditions), different models of counselling. You will participate in exercises designed to increase self-awareness and practice using basic listening and responding skills in pairs and small groups.
