This course will give you the opportunity to study and explore the Construction Industry. It is intended for school leavers interested in a career in the industry, those already employed in the industry who are seeking a qualification as an access to further study, or mature students seeking to advance their employment prospects. The course is made up of nine main units of study. These are; Health, Safety and Welfare, Science and Materials, Surveying, Computer Aided Drafting and Design, Sustainable Construction, Building Technology, Graphic Detailing, Building Regulations.
