The Award in Leadership and Management Level 5 is designed for practising middle-managers, department heads and project managers to help develop their skills and experience, improve their performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities. The qualification is structured into 2 groups. At least 1 hour of induction and at least 3 hours of tutorial support are required. There are no mandatory units and a wide range of optional units. Learners must attain a minimum of 6 credits and no more than 12 credits to achieve this qualification. 3 - 6 months duration.
