The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety (Catering) has been developed to address the food safety needs of the catering and retail sectors. The course is designed for anyone working in a catering or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. It highlights the importance of food safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved, gives an understanding of how to control food safety risks and gives confidence and expertise to safely deliver qualify food to customers. The course concludes with a multiple choice exam. Refreshment of this qualification is recommended at least every three years. Recognised qualification in the hospitality sector. Experienced and knowledgeable tutor. Achieved in a short space of time. You will be assessed through a multiple choice exam. You can then progress on to CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety.
