Smoothies are a simple, fun and flavoursome way of achieving this. Smoothies refer to drinks made in a blender, using fruits, vegetables and fluids. They can be healthy and nutritious, or can be served at parties including a tipple of your favourite drink. Smoothies can be easy to drink at any time of day, or as a meal in a glass. This session/course will give you ideas of how to incorporate a variety of smoothies within your daily lifestyle.
