With the Award in Employability Skills the qualifications are designed to support an individual successfully gaining a job, the course will help learners to develop key personal skills, qualilties and attitudes required by employers and make progress in education, the qualifications credit based and will include, searching for a job, applying for a job, conduct at work, interview skills, developing personal confidence, understanding assertive behaviour and contributing to a team.
