YOGA FOR ALL ABILITIES A Yoga based course for those looking to improve flexibility, strength and coordination. This is an exercise based class which includes relaxation. This course does not cover meditation however we will cover ways to reduce stress through exercise. Learners will work in groups and individually in a relaxed informal social setting. Exercises will be done to music and will be tailored to the ability of the individual so that beginners can work alongside more advanced participants. Learners will be encouraged to join in with group discussions and bring in current relevant material to share with the group.
