On this course you will learn the techniques of fair isle knitting (stranded colourwork) and intarsia, follow written and charted instructions and experiment with colour use.

Entry requirements

You will need small quantities of either 4ply or DK yarn in several different colours (including a light neutral) and a pair of knitting needles (3.25mm for 4 ply or 4mm for DK yarn). The yarn could be left over from previous knitting projects or purchased fresh. The total cost will depend on the size and quantity of the samples and projects worked but will be in the region of £10.
