This short 3 session course is an excellent starting point for developing the business knowledge you will need to kick start your already acquired balloon and floral display skills. You will be able to engage with like-minded business people and share ideas in a friendly and supportive environment. You will identify the business model suitable for you, and what it involves. You will have an understanding of how to market your product or service, satisfy your clients and ensure your venture is profitable. You will learn how to cost each project, plan your first or subsequent consultations with your client and build an impressive portfolio to encourage repeat work or referrals.
