Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism (with Cabin Crew)

This course is for those interested in a career in this ever changing, exciting travel and tourism industry. You will gain first-hand experience of the industry through work placement, as well as: knowledge of the business of travel and tourism; UK as a destination; customer service; marketing; retail travel/selling skills; working overseas as a holiday representative; events; conference and exhibitions; and hospitality operations. After completing the Subsidiary Diploma in Year 1, you will progress to Year 2 of the course to gain further skills as well as studying the NCFE Certificate in Introduction to Cabin Crew in our mock aircraft cabin 'Stamford Airways'. This realistic working environment will be supported by an assessment day at an airline training centre which will cost approximately 85GBP
