Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality with Barista Skills

This one year hospitality course is ideal for those wanting to work towards a career in front-of-house, restaurant and bar service. You will gain customer service, supervision, event organisation, management and operations experience, along with food and beverage serving and presentation skills. The course also includes a Level 2 Award in Barista Skills, and practical first-hand experience in the College's professional training restaurant 'The Gallery'. You will have the opportunity to participate in a range of visits to professional catering and hospitality establishments, as well as meeting and gaining advice from industry expert guest speakers.
