The aim of the course is to provide the learner - Prepare yourself and client for treatment - Carry out a nail and skin analysis - Perform the following treatments liquid and powder nail enhancements - Provide suitable after care advice By the end of the course you will have learnt underpinning knowledge in the following: - How to communicate in a professional manner - Identify your clients needs and performing the treatment to meet the clients satisfaction - Identify known contra-indications which prevent or restrict nail enhancements - Identify the contra-actions that may result from a nail enhancement treatment - Describe the after care advice that should be provided - Describe how to maintain and remove nail enhancements - Describe the structure and function of the nail and skin - Describe the appearance of nail/skin diseases and disorders - Describe the chemical process involved in the nail enhancement system - Describe the different nail shapes
