The NVQ Level 2 in Sales and Telesales is relevant to anyone working in a range of sectors and roles, for example a sales advisor in a retail store environment, a membership advisor in a health and fitness club or a member of a telesales team promoting products and services over the phone. This qualification can be taken as an Apprenticeship or NVQ only. An Apprenticeship will cover additional elements such as functional skills and employment rights and responsibilities.
