The Pearson BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF) is for learners who work in, or who want to work in Business Administration in roles such as Office Manager, Programme Manager, Executive Assistant etc. It gives learners the opportunity to develop the specific technical knowledge to underpin the learner's competence in the job roles stated above. This includes the knowledge related to business administration systems, communicating in a business, managing information and knowledge, project management and managing self-development. This qualification is delivered in combination with the Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration and underpins the knowledge required to complete the Apprenticeship. FW Solutions does not deliver this Diploma as as stand-alone qualification.
