This 12-week personal development programme is designed for young people aged 16 to 25, who want to get involved and move into work. Learners will improve their skills and confidence in an active and fun way and enrolling on this programme will not affect your unemployment benefits. Contents include: Stage 1 Induction, outdoor pursuits, team building and a residential Stage 2 Challenging community based project which they choose. Learners also benefit from a two-week work experience Stage 3 Next steps - careers search, CV workshop, interview techniques, job opportunities, plus visits to various companies Stage 4 Team challenges and final presentation.
