You can choose the qualification that demonstrates the specialist knowledge and skills you have developed, such as: Mentoring, Coaching, Assessing Learning, and Facilitating and Managing Learning. You will learn on the job in a work environment or in workshops, studying units such as: Evaluating learning and development principles and strategies used with individual learners and learners in groups, Evaluating the objectives and benefits of learning and development for learners and organisations, Analysing how different phases of the learning and development cycle are used to enhance the learner experience and Understanding how people learn. This course will be offered at times throughout the academic year which runs from September 2013 to July 2014.
